The New England Rabbinical College seeks itemized proposals for the following items. Proposals are due no later than June 19, 2019. Proposals should be sent to [email protected] and should say "Bid Submission, Company Name" in the title line.
1. Furnish and install 7 Mil Clear Safety Film as manufactured by Lumar, alternate pricing for direct installation on glazing and or with wet anchoring system.:
2. Furnish and install KXTA Panasonic Phone Box with 8 extensions
3. Furnish and Install (2) Dahua Standalone Waterproof Fingerprint Readers with mechanical keypads for 2nd and 3rd floor egress doors
4. Furnish and install (4) Securitron Boxed Annunciating Door Prop Alarm 24 VDC (BA-DPA-24 Securitron) on (4) Existing Hollow Metal Doors.
5. Furnish and Install (1) 36” x 82” Exterior Hollow Metal Door for Basement with Vision Lite Kit (22” x 30”) to be hung on existing frame with 3 butt hinges to match existing door complete with standard Overhead Exposed Closer and standard locking lever set. Glazing to be clear ¼” Laminated Safety Glass. Dahua Standalone Waterproof Fingerprint Readre required for this opening.
6. Furnish and Install (1) 36” x 79” Interior Hollow Metal Door and Frame with one hour fire rating requirement. Door hardware to consist of (3) Butt Hinges, standard Overhead Exposes Closer, Adams Rite 4900 exit device and standard lever set. Additional slie nolt lock requires for this entrance. Vision lie kit to be (22” x 30”) and glazed with 3/16” Fire Rated Glass (1 hour rating).
